Booking Policies (Deposits & Payments)
- When receiving a request we'll send you a booking sheet containing a full price quote. You'll have one week to either accept or reject the booking.
- Non-refundable Deposits are payable at the time of a booking acceptance -- $40 per watercraft (canoe or kayak) / $10 per cart / $10 per person for cabin rentals.
- Non-refundable Deposits are payable by E-Transfer or PayPal. Cheques may be taken by special arrangements which will be made at the time of booking.
- Final payments must be made via E-transfer or PayPal (or special arrangements) ONE to TWO WEEKS prior to your arrival. We may not send out reminders so please mark your final payment date on your calendar!
- Auto Deposit has been turned off, so you must send a password by separate email so we can accept your payments.
- If paying by E-transfer, we will not accept your final payment until just before your arrival.
- If sending by PayPal, there will be a small fee at the counter to take care of the fees PayPal charges us.
- These policies are made with the hopes of alleviating last minute cancellations and the need for refunds, but in the case of a payment requiring a refund, all funds except non-refundable deposits and applicable fees (PayPal or Bank fees) are refundable.
- If you plan to "drop-in" for rentals or cabins, be sure to bring CASH so you can make payment at the counter!
